We will endeavour to assist with late requests, but please be aware that alternative products may need to be substituted. These options will be discussed with you at the time of booking. Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice or any revision made after your confirmation is submitted may attract a surcharge of 20%. We regret some options may not be available when minimum notice has been given. We may substitute some items in this instance. For functions requiring the serving of alcohol, a minimum notice of 14 days is required. Your confirmation of acceptance once submitting your request will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. Cancellations within 2 business days of the event may result in a cancellation fee.
Catering orders need to be booked and confirmed 72 hours in advance of your function date if there are 50 guests and under. For events with over 50 guests, catering orders need to be booked and confirmed 5 business days in advance of your function date.
Please be advised that all functions incur a delivery fee. If you have selected one of the following locations: Westmead, Nirimba or Off Campus, you will be contacted by a member of our function team to confirm a delivery fee
