Successful catering for meetings and functions requires forward planning, flexible resources and experience in preparing menus whilst satisfying a wide range of dietary and cultural preferences. We provide choices to match the style and pace of your function whether it be a sandwich luncheon, formal dinner or cocktail party. Our function selector shows a range of menus that may suit your needs.

SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We have menu choices that are vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free or low gluten.

Please note for all allergens, kitchen and equipment used within may contain traces of nuts and tree nuts, milk and dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish, lupin, meat and other known allergens

SERVICE TIMES are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Function selector pricing is for events held Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and concluded by 5 pm. For events outside these hours, including weekends, public holidays and non-semester periods please contact our functions team directly on 0439 116314 or email wsufunctions@chartwellsedu.com.au.

Please be advised all weekend bookings will incur a delivery fee or labour charges depending on your service.

All prices in this selector include food and preparation labour only and are inclusive of GST. Service labour may be charged in 4 hour minimum additional to this charge for bookings over 50 pax.

You will always receive an email confirmation accepting your event order. Your confirmation of acceptance once submitting your request will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking Requirements

50 Guests and under: Catering orders need to be booked and confirmed 3 business days prior to your function date

50 Guests and over: Catering orders need to be booked and confirmed 5 business days prior to your function date

Alcohol Functions: For functions requiring the service of alcohol, a minimum notice of 14 business days is required.

Additional Fees

In the event of any damage caused by the organiser or guests, costs for the replacement of goods and any necessary repairs will be charged to the client.

Tablecloths will be charged at $15 per cloth for supply and laundering.

All disposables are included in your pricing.

Crockery charges will apply for bookings over 20 pax, and will be supplied to you when the functions manager confirms your event catering.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 5 business days of your event will result in a cancellation fee charge of 30% of your final event total.

Cancellations within 2 business days of your event will result in a cancellation fee charge of 50% of your final event total.

Cancellations with in 24 hours or on the day of your event will result in the full charge of your final event total being charged.

This will be applicable from the 1st January 2024 until otherwise advised.
